MULTI-TENANT CLINIC PLATFORM
Patients, prescriptions, lab tests, pharmacy stock and batches, billing with GST compliance, staff scheduling and a patient portal — schema-per-tenant on PostgreSQL, deployed and carrying live clinics.
A full clinic management system that real practices pay for and run their day on. Multi-tenancy is schema-per-tenant on PostgreSQL over asyncpg, so one clinic’s data is structurally incapable of showing up in another’s query.
Auth is JWT with bcrypt and six staff roles, with a separate admin platform above the tenants. Payments go through Razorpay and Stripe; WhatsApp and email automation hang off the side, and an assistant sits over the clinical record.
It ships as Docker Compose onto DigitalOcean behind an Nginx reverse proxy, with health checks and a backup path — the unglamorous half of "in production".
